We realize though that sometimes thing don't work out, so for any reason you’re unhappy with an item, we’re here to help and offer easy returns for eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date of your item(s).

Customers can return their order for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Your refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item/s, and if the refund is going to your original payment method, it can take 7-10 business days to post depending on the speed of your financial institution. Please note shipping fees will not be refunded. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit with USPS, UPS or any carrier used or the claims associated for lost packages should be processed with the delivery carrier.

Returned items must be in the same condition they were received, have the tags attached and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Hair accessories and discounted items are final and cannot be returned.

Items marked as “Final Sale are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return;
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email (please note the cost of shipping will be deducted from the final credit amount); and
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided

If you have any questions or your return does not meet the above requirements, please submit your request in the form provided with an image uploaded of your item(s) including your order number, a list of the item(s) to be returned and reason for the return, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
