OUR QUALITY COMMITMENT IS EVERYTHING AT MIENA.

The MiEna customer support office hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). Our offices are closed weekends and all recognized US holidays. Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of completed transaction and any order that falls on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day. If you have any questions regarding a recent order please submit your information in the form provided and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping and Local Delivery

At MiEna, we ship all domestic orders via USPS or UPS carriers. You will have shipping options to choose at checkout.

As shared, customer orders are processed within 24-48 business hours, however with high demand and carrier issues, your order may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified via email of any pending delay. Please be sure that when you are placing your order that you submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect shipping information.

MiEna can only ship via matching billing and shipping addresses and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.  

If you are a resident of Florida and live within a 5 mile radius of our MiEna warehouse we offer local delivery and pickup for sellers only. If you are a customer interested in selling your pre-loved children's items to MiEna, please visit our How It Works page for details.
