I'm new to reselling and pre-loved clothes? What is it exactly?

Here at MiEna, 'pre-loved' means you are purchasing items that are not new but have been previously owned by someone else, gently loved and taken care of by the previous owners and are still in excellent or very good condition. MiEna buys only the highest quality pre-loved childrens wear to sell alongside new preowned items as well.

I saw a style that I wanted for my little one but its sold out - any suggestions?

As a curated, pre-loved designer store we only carry what we are able to source and most often this is a single unit sold in the shop - this is the nature of reselling and we cannot ever promise that style will be back in stock. The good news is we have dozens and dozens of gorgeous apparel and accessories for your kids so we're sure you're likely to find the perfect outfit as an alternative. 

I have so many new-with-tag items my kids just grew out of! Can I sell to you?

Absolutely. We have a sellers review process that is very simple to participate in and we pay upfront - no consignment ever at MiEna. If you're interested in becoming a seller follow the link and submit your information.

Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

When you place an order from our shop, you can typically expect your items to ship within 3-5 business days. If you place multiple orders at the same time, our customer service staff will group them whenever possible.

Please note that due to the current US supply chain issues, shipping carriers can take up to 7-10 days to fully process and deliver your order. We will provide tracking the moment your order has shipped from Tweety Golf and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

When will my tracking info be available?

All orders processed on our MiEna.co website will be processed within 48 hours whenever possible; our customer service support is closed on weekends and all recognized US holidays however, so if your order comes in at that time we will process the following business day. All orders receive a real-time email notification as soon as your purchase has been paid and we follow up with all tracking notifications the minute your item(s) have left our warehouse.

I need to cancel my order - what can I do?

Our sincere commitment to our customers is to make sure you're happy with everything you purchase from our MiEna store so whenever things aren't 100%, or if you placed your order and you made a mistake, or you decided quickly you wanted to change your selection, you must email our customer support no less than two (2) hours from the time of your purchase so that we can hurry to correct the problem. Any purchase that has been placed and we have not been notified within this time frame will be processed and shipped as ordered with no exceptions. More info on our Customer Support page.

If my return is approved, how long will it take to receive my refund?

Once approved we will process your refund right away, typically within 48 hours during regular business hours. Your bank may take longer to recognize the refund so be sure to contact them once you receive our email notification.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We offer Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay checkouts and accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards as well as PayPal for payment.
